CEMWorks Continues to Make Essential Breakthroughs as Part of the Connected Vehicle and Engineered Surfaces Challenge

Connected vehicles are on their way to Canadian cities, and they will transform how people commute and the relationship between the cars and the smart city. Frequency Selective Surfaces are a crucial building block for connected vehicles’ reliability and safety in smart cities. Since partnering with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada in 2018, CEMWorks has made essential breakthroughs in the characterization FSES for enhanced communication applications, as part of the Connected Vehicle and Engineered Surfaces Challenge.
